Jenny Morris - 1992 - Zero FLAC


 

  Jennifer Patricia Morris MNZM OAM (born 29 September[citation needed] 1956) is a New Zealand-born Australian singer-songwriter. Her first success came with New Zealand band The Crocodiles, who had a top 20 hit single with "Tears". Re-locating to Sydney in February 1981, she was a backing vocalist for various groups and formed a trio, QED, in 1983. "Zero", the third single from the album Honey Child, peaked at #33 in New Zealand, and number #89 in Australia.

Jenny Morris - 1989 - She Has To Be Loved FLAC


 

 "She Has to Be Loved" is a song by New Zealand musician, Jenny Morris. It was released in August 1989 as the second single from her second studio album, Shiver (1989). It became her most successful song in her home country, reaching number three. It also broke the top 5 in Australia, reaching number five and becoming her highest-peaking hit there until 1991, when "Break in the Weather" reached number two.

Jenny Morris - 1992 - Tears FLAC




"Tears" was released as a single from the 1992 Jenny Morris retrospective "The Story So Far" and peaked at No 92 in Australia and No18 in New Zealand. It was a cover of The Crocodiles' single from 1980, a band of which Morris was the lead singer.

 Crackerjack Man is the 4th single of her album "Honeychild" it was not a huge success only charting at #125 on the Australian Charts while making no impression in her native New Zealand where it was a no show.

Jenny Morris - 2001 - Home FLAC






Jennifer "Jenny" Patricia Morris (born 29 September 1956 in Tokoroa) OAM is a New Zealand-born Australian pop, rock singer-songwriter. Her first success came with New Zealand band The Crocodiles, who had a top 20 hit single with "Tears". Re-locating to Sydney, Australia in February 1981, she was a backing vocalist for various groups and formed a trio, QED, in 1983.
Her solo career includes top five Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Albums with Shiver in 1989 and Honeychild in 1991, and her top five ARIA Singles are "She Has to Be Loved" and "Break in the Weather". These albums and singles also peaked in the top ten on the Recording Industry Association of New Zealand (RIANZ) charts.
Morris has won two ARIA Music Awards for 'Best Female Artist' in 1987 and 1988 and was nominated for the same award in 1992. In 2003, on Australia Day (26 January), Morris became an Australian citizen and in 2010 she received the Medal of the Order of Australia.
