    The lead singer is in a band called The Black Ryder and goes by the name Scott Von Ryper

    Scott is also in The Jesus and Mary Chain (on guitar).

    The guitarist from Scarlet, Mark Tobin, talks about Scarlet during the first 15 minutes or so in an interview on the guitarspeakpodcast.

    The band was formed in 89 or 90 (I think) by a group of school friends around Baulkam Hills. It was first called Scarlet Hound and they dropped the hound some time before '92. By then their sound had changed and they had a large following in the Sydney Goth scene.
