Little Birdy are an Australian indie rock band formed in Perth, Western Australia in 2002 by singer and guitarist Katy Steele, drummer Matt Chequer, guitarist and keyboardist Simon Leach, and bass guitarist Scott O'Donoghue. They gained public attention when their single "Relapse" gained popularity on alternative radio stations such as Triple J, leading them to be signed by the record label Eleven: A Music Company. To date, they have released three studio albums (all three of which entered the top ten in the ARIA charts), two EPs, and ten singles. Little Birdy is the debut EP by Australian indie rock band Little Birdy.
"Relapse" which reached the number 1 most requested song on Triple J's Net 50.and number 16 on the Triple J Hottest 100, with "Baby Blue" coming in at number 25. The EP reached a peak of number 27 on the Australian ARIA Singles Charts.

In Sydney in 1990, while Midnight Oil were taking a break, Rob Hirst joined up with guitarist Andrew Dickson (The Narcs, NZ), drummer Dorland Bray (Do-Ré-Mi), guitarist Leszek Karski (Midnight Oil producer) and Hoodoo Gurus' Grossman to form a side project called Ghostwriters.The name refers to ghostwriters where famous writers wish to be anonymous. Ghostwriters' line-ups - both live and in the studio - changed considerably through the years, with only founders Hirst and Grossman being mainstays (and their driving force) at all times. Between successive album releases Hirst and Grossman returned to active involvement with Oils & Gurus respectively.

"Black Stick" was a 1993 song from Australian rock band The Cruel Sea, and appeared on the album The Honeymoon Is Over. It was released as a single months before the album, reaching number 25 in the Australian charts.One song on the B-side, "Crab Stick", is an instrumental version of the A-side. "High Sheriff of Calhoun Parish" is a cover of a Tony Joe White song that spent 18 weeks in the Australian charts in 1970. "Momma Killed a Chicken" was written by John Lee Hooker, and most commonly known by the title "Bottle Up and Go".

Dead Man is the soundtrack to the 1995 Jim Jarmusch western-themed film of the same name starring Gary Farmer, and Johnny Depp as William Blake. He has been nominated several times at the ARIAs and has had several songs reach the top forty in Australia. Radio programmers had been asking for "So Beautiful" to be released as a single and the track was widely played on Australian radio, reaching #9 in Australia #13 in New Zealand and #62 in the Netherlands.

The River Tour performance of "Incident on 57th Street" released on this EP was the song's last outing until their 1999 reunion tour and has helped make this song a live favorite.

Custard are an Australian indie rock band formed in 1990 in Brisbane, Australia. The band is colloquially known as "Custaro" due to frequent misreadings of its name. "Tuesday" is the fourth single from the album Hourly, Daily by Australian rock band You Am I. It was released in 1997 and reached number 29 on the Australian charts. "Circles" is a cover of The Who song. "When You Got Dry" was originally released on the very limited When You Got Dry/How Much Is Enough 7". "Tonight I'll Be Staying Here With You" is a cover of the Bob Dylan song and is a live, acoustic performance from The Metro Theatre in Sydney.

Marvic appeared in a number of Movies including Broken English (1996), Winners (1985) and Room to Move (1987) unconfirmed sources has her doing backup vocals with the "Chantoozies". Foggart is a bit of a journeyman a member of Australian Prog band Aleph in the '70's worked with Australian satirist Billy Birmingham on the Twelth Man Series also with Jimmy Barnes on a number of projects including Jimmy's kids "Tin Lids" albums also known for solo efforts.
