Craig McLachlan - 1991 - On My Own FLAC





Craig Dougall McLachlan (born 1 September 1965) is an Australian actor, musician, singer and composer. He has been involved in film, television and music theatre for 25 years. He is best known for appearing in the soap operas Neighbours and Home and Away and the BBC One spy drama Bugs. He has portrayed the title role in The Doctor Blake Mysteries, for which he was nominated for the Logie Award for Most Popular Actor; he has previously won the award in this category three times. Yothu Yindi - 1992 - Djapana FLAC





Written by Mandawuy Yunupingu. Produced by Mark McGuire. String arrangement by Stuart Wood. Australian band, made up mostly of Indiginous persons from Australia’s Northern Territory and led by the writer here, Mandawuy Yunupingu. The group’s success on the music charts began when a re-mix of the single “Treaty” (written by Paul Kelly, Mandawuy Yunupingu and other members of the group) reached # 11. The album, “Tribal Voice” produced by Mark Moffat for Mushroom Records reached #4 on the Australian album chart. "Djäpana (Sunset Dreaming)" from the album peaked at #13 in 1992 and was featured in the Yahoo Serious film, “Reckless Kelly” in 1993.

"Megarama '89" is a megamix of songs by English girl group Bananarama. It was released as a single in 1989 in Germany, Japan and France. The French single differs from the version released in Germany and Japan. The megamix does not appear on any of Bananarama's albums and has not been included on any of the group's greatest hits packages. The single had its greatest success in France, where it peaked at number seventeen.

Extreme - 1991 - More Than Words FLAC





"More Than Words" is the fifth track and third single from Extreme's 1990 LP Pornograffitti. It is a ballad built around acoustic guitar work by Nuno Bettencourt and the vocals of Gary Cherone (with harmony vocals from Bettencourt). The song is a detour from the funk metal style that permeates the band's records. As such, it has often been described as "a blessing and a curse" due to its overwhelming success and recognition worldwide, but the band ultimately embraced it and plays it on every show. On March 23, 1991, "More Than Words" entered the US Billboard Hot 100 at number 81 and soon after reached number one. It also reached number two in the United Kingdom, where the group had success before its American breakthrough. Though they had made a few European charts before, this brought the band to their first mainstream success in the United States.

"The Crying Game" was covered by Boy George in 1992, and both this version and the original Dave Berry recordings were used as the theme to the 1992 Neil Jordan movie The Crying Game. Boy George's version of the song was produced by the Pet Shop Boys and reached #22 on the UK Singles Chart in 1992, #15 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the U.S., and #1 in Canada on the RPM 100 national singles chart the following year. Divinyls - 1991 - I'm On Your Side FLAC





"I'm on Your Side" is a ballad performed by Australian rock duo Divinyls. It was released as the fourth and final single from their successful self titled album, Divinyls (1991). "I'm on Your Side" is notable for being one of only a few Divinyls songs not written by Christina Amphlett and Mark McEntee. Instead it was written by famed songwriting duo Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly, who had both co-written Divinyls smash hit "I Touch Myself". "I'm on Your Side" peaked at number ninety-two on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart.

002 - 1989 - All I Want Is You CDS FLAC





All I Want is You was the final song released to promote Rattle and Hum. The single contained both an Edit version and the original album version with the strings portion intact. The longer version also made it to the Best of 1980-1990 release.  "All I Want Is You" was released in the UK as a single on 12 June 1989. Also  featured are covers of The Righteous Brothers', "Unchained Melody", and a cover of Love Affair's "Everlasting Love". It reached number 4 in the UK charts and number 2 in Australia, number 12 on the Dutch Top 40, but only reached number 67 and number 83 in the Canadian and American charts, respectively.

Reunion is a live album by heavy metal band Black Sabbath. It features the original line-up of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, the four musicians' first recording together since the firing of Osbourne in 1979.
Concern about Ward's health meant former Sabbath drummer Vinny Appice was on standby for two homecoming shows at the Birmingham NEC on December 4 and 5, 1997. "We hadn't done a show with Bill for 18 years," remarked Iommi. In fact, Ward made it through both shows – albeit not without incident. "Bill hit a gong and it fell on him," Iommi reported. "I creased up. His arm was black and blue in the morning, because those things weigh a ton. When it hit him and fell onto the kit, it sounded like someone was throwing pots and pans around. We were waiting for something like that to happen

Bobby Bright - 2013 - Child Of Rock And Roll





Bobby & Laurie were a popular Australian singing duo of the 1960s, featuring Laurie Allen (vocals, guitar, keyboards) and Bobby Bright (vocals, guitar). Bright had previously worked mainly as a solo artist, starting his singing in Adelaide. He later moved to Melbourne and released two solo singles on the W&G Records label in 1963. Bobby Bright and Laurie Allen made their first TV appearance together on The Go! Show and then started recording for Go Records, an offshoot from the show. Bobby & Laurie scored four Top 40 hits in their hometown Melbourne then switched to Alberts were they topped the Australian chart for five weeks with the classic ‘Hitch Hiker’ in May and June 1966.

Janis Joplin - 1999 - Rare Pearls FLAC
